About rcdm

rcdm was conceived at the unique intersection of psychology, computer science, law, policy, and design, and later developed and adopted a proprietary, physics-based approach to understanding quality, known as P3.

As a result, rcdm masters the art of recognizing and applying complex concepts across multiple fields of discipline to deliver products, solutions, and experiences not quite like any other consulting firm. And though we may be meticulous and solid in our approach, we always finish first.

Our Philosophy

We believe quite strongly in the idea of "building it like a house."
  • Only with a strong foundation can a truly great project be realized
  • Ascending layers of complexity fall apart if there are flaws in more basic layers
  • Ask the right questions and don't fear the real answers
  • Plan for the future, but implement systems to remain liquid and ready to adapt to change

About Our People

We aren't ashamed to be fascinated by just about everything.

The idea of being a "jack of all trades" has long been frowned upon within our educational systems. The prevailing "factory" tradition has long been one of devoting all of one's interest to a single discipline. We not only work best where disciplines cross over; we proudly aim to master all trades.

We bring perspectives and a level of professionalism that consulting firms with more narrow backgrounds simply cannot understand.

Should you trust your business to designers who have never walked in your shoes? We didn't merely study to be consultants; we studied to be you, too.
